If you are seeking a small group with which to journey, you will find a variety in form, meeting time, and focus at Nativity. Each group is designed to support its members’ spiritual needs in a small group context. The groups meet on a regular basis and, while the interest of the groups and composition vary, the experience is intended to be welcoming, mutually supportive, and enjoyable. As members’ needs and interests surface, new small groups may form. Please contact Bill with any questions.
Friday Fellowship Potluck
This friendly adult potluck event is open to all. Meetings are in various homes at 6:30 p.m. on the first Friday of each month, with a few exceptions, such as a concurrent Good Friday.
Tuesday Morning Bible Study
The group meets 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Tuesdays to explore and learn from the Bible. Everyone is welcome and everyone’s insight is valued. Participants are encouraged to bring a bag lunch and eat with the group following the study.
Our Men’s Group meets once a month on the fourth Sunday of each month from 6:30 – 9:00pm for dinner and conversation. Our group includes men who are sons, husbands, partners, fathers, brothers, professionals, and students. The common thread that binds us together is a genuine hunger for spiritual growth, personal revival, and the commitment to living a Christ-centered life.
Growing Together Through Prayer
Growing Together Through Prayer is a diverse group of people who get together one or two Monday nights each month to talk about aspects of prayer. Some of us come to every session, some come rarely. All are welcome. Over the past two years we have talked about many different sorts of prayer practices from Centering Prayer, to blessings, to Psalms, to our Sunday morning corporate prayer. We close each session by praying together about the spoken or unspoken intentions of those present. All are welcome – Come and see!
