Most Needed Items

  • Proteins: Canned chicken, tuna, sardines, salmon, beans (canned or dried) nut butters (peanut, almond, sunflower)

  • Cooking and Baking ingredients: Flour, oils (vegetable, olive, palm, and sesame), shelf-stable non-dairy milk (almond, soy, coconut, or oat), sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices

  • Fruits and Vegetables: Canned fruits of all kinds, shelf-stable fruit juices, dried fruits and vegetables (store bought), culturally specific vegetables and fruits (canned peppers, mushrooms, coconut milk, jackfruit, napolitos/cactus, and sweet potato)

  • Personal Care and Household Items: Diapers – especially sizes 4, 5, and 6, baby wipes, menstrual products, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, and body wash. Hygiene items for sensitive skin and textured hair are especially helpful! Toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, surface cleaning products, and paper towels
