Overview Nativity is a diverse and vibrant congregation. Our purpose is to ensure support and guidance to our rector as either the wardens or the priest deem necessary.
Things we manage and decide
- This group is not a decision making group, but a group to provide support and guidance to the rector. Discussions from this group may be taken as appropriate to the vestry or other core teams for decisions if necessary.
Activities we are accountable for
- To provide a Mutual Ministry Review of the Rector on a bi-annual basis.
How Can You Help/What Skills Do You Need?
This group membership is determined by role as current or former warden. The group may invite others into a Priest Advisory Meeting. This must usually be agreed upon in advance of the meeting.
Time Commitment: We meet about every two months, usually the first Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00.
Time commitment can be 1-3 hours depending on issues at hand.
